This dress could be worn for a 40's or 50's theme party! From the top of the shoulders to the bottom of the dress is 44 inches and the waist is 12 inches across. There are a couple very tiny marks on the front of the skirt and one on the back near the seam. There is a slight discoloration on the front part of the collar. It may be even hard to pick it up from the light but it's there.
