Women's summer dress

White women's summer dress with floral pattern. Slight sweetheart neckline with a touch of ruching at the bust. Form fitting dress with some 2 way stretch. It also has FUNCTIONAL POCKETS!! This dress was just a tad tight on the hips for me, and I am a 12 now. The size on the tag is misleading. It would fit between a 9-12, with a max hip measuremt of 40". 38" would probably be the largest I would go for comfort.
