Women's small velvet pin up dress

I have never worn this dress but I bought it new 7 years ago from a boutique in downtown Seattle. I have no idea why I decided to cut the tag off the dress... So I can't remember the brand. I do remember that it was $140 because at the time I couldn't believe I spent that much on a dress! Sadly no one has ever asked me out to a nice enough place to wear it, so it's time to let it go. It is a size small, but there is room in the chest for a d cup, though I have a b and it looked just fine.
