This coat is from a pet and smoke free location. I am the original owner. The coat has no tears. The inside blue green fleece is removable from the coat. When it is removed the plaid outer shell is more of a light raincoat. When the fleece is in the plaid outside liner the coat is very warm like a winter coat. The jacket is a youth extra large size 18 but fits like a women’s small. I wear a women’s small and this coat fits like a glove.
