Women’s skirt and sweater top

Black and off white floral print skirt. The skirt is pleated so that the above the knee length flares as you walk. The pleats begin where the hem of the sweater ends. Material is 97% cotton and 3% spandex. The sweater top is short sleeved with a scoop neck. A ribbon is looped around the neck ending in a bow on the left shoulder. Material is rayon, nylon and spandex.
