nikgeezy @shopiholic ok im 5'5 and it comes mid calf on me if i wear like a skirt and if i wear it as a dress its at my knees. but i feel like you could pull the waist high as you want or fold the waist down to get the length u want depending on what shirt u choose... i may be too long if u try to wear a crop top or a super tight shirt. i hope this helps but it probably didnt. lol. sorry.
