Women's red size 4 dress made by Ieena. Gold zip down back. Layers of crinoline underneath. One piece of the inside crinoline hem is ripped but not visible by outside. 20 inches from waist to hem. The hem needs to be ironed/dry cleaned as it's been stored for awhile so the plastic hem lost some shape.
