Women's size 24 Petite Black Skirt

I purchased this cut the tags off and hung it up in the closet and when I went to where it was actually too big. Brand is George it's a size 24 and has a zipper in the middle of the back and also some light elastic on the sides. I'm 5-2 and it hits just below my knees so I believe it's a petite size.
