Women's short sleeve shirt with tie ends

I'll try to describe as best as I can, as glasses are my specialty. Size is XL but it's large enough to be a 2X. Stitched chevron design on the front and stripes on back of shirt. Ties on end of both sleeves and keyhole tie on front end of shirt. New with tag.
