@mollydick i wear America size 9 which is Italian size 39 and this tods size 39 and a half fits perfectly that means tods runs small

@karo6b exactly. I wear 9.5 American. 40.5 in tods. I have had 4 pair of tods. 3 in my closet. all 40.5. they will not fit me. unfortunately.
