Women's scrub top

This scrub top has no tag so I don't know what brand it is. I was gifted it by a friend and it doesn't fit me right. It fits like a medium on me and I am 5'2" and 140 lbs. So please use your own judgment as to how you think it will fit. It looks like there was a sinch or tie ar one point but that was not there when I got it.
