Women’s red w/ black netting pendulum dress

Women’s size XS red w/ black netting sleeves, back button neck and front netting w/ a zipper back pendulum dress. Im 5”7 and 180lb and the dress fits me. So not sure but it may be a plus size. NWOT 39” long 19” pit to pit 26.5” sleeves 18” waist ( above pendulum)
