From the brand ColdWater Creek, a printed, drapey polyester fabric dress. Partially lined. Very stretchy elastic waistband. Size 14 but would easily fit a 16 even a little more. Self tie at waist and back zipper. Measures 14” at the waist laid flat and 38” from shoulder to hem.
