Womens plus size casual dress

Soft and silky plus size dress with flutter sleeve. Blue flowers on a deep burgundy background. Top is lined and has a tie that forms a keyhole opening when tied but also looks great untied. No stretch to this material. Small tear on back zipper, can be repaired.
