Womens plus dressy top with sparkle

This top is made by Ouida Ronni Nicole and is acetate and spandex. Handwash. It has "ribbons" of fine glittery gold running through it and is very pretty (although tring to g0et a close up makes it appear rather dizzying, it is not in person). The top measures appx 23" from underarm to underarm and is 26" in length
