Womens petite summer dress

This cute dress has nevet been worn. it will be awesome in the warm summer. it has a halter style neckline, with pleats embracing the bosom and the fully lined bodice. shirred elastic bodice back. the skirt has a pocket on each side. a different khaki color encircles the waist to tie off in the back. cool and fun!
