Women's petite Apt. 9 floral blouse

Apt 9 black with purple, blue, green floral design and blue, purple stripes at bottom and around sleeves. Short and ruffly sleeves, top layer see through but has black sewn in shirt underneath. Outer is 100%nylon, lining is 100%polyester. Flowy, lightweight, wonderful blouse for Spring.
