Women’s party dress

Women’s black bottom with creme top with jewel neck. Wore for one hour to nearby party, and had to change because it got breezy and needed to go home and get pants, blouse and jacket. Nice with dark hose and black shoes. 34” neck to hem so it’s in the shorter side because this is a PETITE size. Missing very top neck closure snap thing as pictured but there are two closures above zipper, so I didn’t need the top one. Also missing one unnoticeable bar jewel as pictured.
