Women's new plus maxi dress by Shein

This dress is new without tags because it is from Shein in a size 4X which is equivalent to a US size 2x. Because of the style, I should have sized down because it is way too big for me in the top area (too long from the gathered part to the shoulder and it gaps a lot where it overlaps). I swear it looks like the model has it pinned closed. I normally wear a sz 20 or 2X top on my apple shape. It has a gathered empire waist, long loose sleeves, hi-low hem. 100% polyester, silky feeling, no stretch in the fabric, but the style is very loose fitting, because of all the gathering and the fullness of the skirt. Perfect for Easter, Mother's Day, brunch. wedding, bridal or baby shower.
