At the elbow, there is a velcro strap that you can make tighter or lose. Also, at the waist, it has velcro straps that you can adjust. the sleeves have a zipper that is about five inches long. You can unzip for ventilation and velcro straps you can adjust around your wrist. it has the reflective yellow on the front and the back so you can be seen. Please look at the pictures it shows you everything I just listed, except the measurements the sleeves are 24 inches long, bust 21 inches, and shoulders 15 inches length 23 inches.
