Women’s (mini) ruffled skirt

A women’s mini skirt with a ruffled design. This skirt has a slip underneath each layer so you don’t need to worry about it being see through. It’s pre owned but in like new condition. There are no rips, tears, or stains in the fabric. The zipper is still intact and works perfectly. The waistband also is semi stretchy. -length from top of skirt to bottom: 16 1/2 in. -width of waist: 17 in. This is a non-smoking, no pet home.
