Very pretty women’s blouse. The sleeves are more like three-quarter sleeve. Has lovely silver buttons that are not functional. The pockets are functional and has elastic around the arm bands. This top is much prettier in person than the photo show. Lightweight and flowy. Just washed and steamed.
