Women’s long shrug with elephant pattern, black and cream NW/OT

Never worn, Women’s long shrug with elephant pattern, black and cream, feels like rayon but no material tag inside, size tag says fiveXL, but seems to run much smaller. Measurements from neck to longest part of back is 37 inches, measuring back seam to back seam is 26 inches at widest part towards bottom and 23 inches at narrowest part towards top. I would think this would be more of an extra large size. Any questions, feel free to ask.
