harleymable Hello I am reaching out to you to see why you rated me a 1. The necklace was brand new and authentic. I shipped it immediately. Your comments state “could improve”. What did I do wrong? I carefully packed so no damage would occur.. I’m confused and would like to ensure what occurred I try to correct.
