Women’s flowered button up top

Blue button up top with flowered middle. It looks like something the Big Lebowski‘s wife would wear they went bowling together. Super thin material. Silk maybe? I honestly don’t know. My wife asked me to take over posting these clothes and I have absolutely zero clue how to describe women’s clothing. EDIT: She just told me it’s good for work so there ya go.
