Women’s floral top, size small but very stretchy. Silky, cool to the touch fabric. P.S. Kate brand bought from a boutique. Stretchy neckline. Can be worn above or at shoulders. See pics for details and measurements. Sleeves come to about my elbow. Colors are a light blue background and flowers are cranberry/ pinkish/ purplish color. Smoke free, pet friendly home.
