Women’s floral sundress

Very cute dress! Worn once for an event. Has ruched or gathered material from neck to waistline (see photos) and cute tassels hanging at waist. May run a little small, my daughter is now 5’5” and it was pretty short when she tried it on to see if it still fit. Would probably fit a size 2-4 depending on height and how you prefer length.
