acorddeb does this dress have an empire waist and is there elastic at the waist? and also could you give me the pit to pit measurements please I don't think that was included in the description

chestnc @acorddeb Good Evening, the dress from pit to pit is 24 and 1/4”. High-waist measures 42” and it does have thin elastic in that area. The elastic area measures 56” stretched out. I am 5’6” and the high waist area is 2 and 1/2” above my belly button.
