Women’s dress size large

Brand new never been worn. I purchased it from Saks fifth Avenue. I did take the label out of the back because it was right on the zipper area at the top. I purchased it for a cruise never wore it The bust was too small, lesson learned. It’s a really neat neon green with a gold metallic print over it. It is wrinkled sorry lol. I purchased it for $120. I’m asking $60 or best offer all payments go through PayPal it lives in a smoke free home all sales are final. I usually wear a size 4/6 it fit well but it did not fit the bust!
