Womens distressed denim skirt size18 - Fits more like a 14 or 16

Mossimo Supply Co. distressed mini skirt with fringed bottom. Size 18/34 99% Cotton 1% Spandex To me it fit more like a size 14 or 16. I normally wear size 14 and it was nice and roomy on me. It's also very stretchy and comfortable. If you would like measurements, please message me.
