Women's button down top or dress

originally I bought this as a dress but when it came I found that being 5'6 made it more of a top. it's really cute, lightweight and easy to wear. plenty of room to move and it flows beautifully. goes with almost anything. great with skinny jeans or leggings. very versatile and comfortable
