Womens brown leather cole haan loafers boat shoes slip on

I bought these because of the quality thinking that they would fit me, but they don't. I am a size 6.5 and I didn't see where it said 50M and when I put them on, they feel much more like a size 5 in womens. I am unfamiliar with cole haan so if you are familiar with the brand and can include any information in the comments (especially with the numbers on the last picture), I would appreciate it! The quality is amazing! there are a few discoloration spots and the soles do have a yellow rubber tint, but I think its due to it being an older style. they are heavy and very well made. ♡
