Women’s blue and white polka dot skirt

Blue and white polka dot skirt. It has a zipper on the side and a clasp above the zipper. It’s lined and made from a fairly sturdy material. There is light discoloration in the clasp but when worn it’s hidden (the 5th picture shows this).
