Women’s blouse, no label, size 12, short sleeves are transparent, adjustable neck ribbon. This is a gorgeous top. I just don’t like straps showing (I’m older!) but the neckline can be gathered in higher or looser which is a great feature. No color fade on the navy, drapes beautifully and flattering across the chest.
