Womens black long sleeve dress by Theory

Black bell sleeve mini dress by Theory. Size small, used but in great condition. Minor light stain on neckline (shown in photo) due to makeup. No other damage or rips. I'm sad to have to part with this item, but it's too tight on me. The color, length, fit and bell sleeves give a classy, flattering witch look. The waist is fitted to you and the skirt part flows out nicely. Price is negotiable to a certain extent. Waist: 13.5 inches across length from waist down: 19 inches
