Womens black button up denim shorts

Black button up denim shorts by Vervet. Unfortunately it does not fit me even though it's size medium. Very tight on my bloated stomach and on my butt. It's barely used so it's in excellent condition. Very flattering with it's high waisted fit. Had a small distressed design on front of left leg Waist measures 13 inches across (stretchy denim allows for more stretch). Length measures 13 inches. Price is negotiable to a certain extent.
