cute NY Collection top, black and white polka dots with lovely feminine detailing. sheer but not too sheer. I typically did wear a black tank underneath. washable and hang to dry. buttons down the front, ruffles at the half sleeve, lace trim and detail at front yoke. flouncy under the bust. from macys, worn very little.
