Women's? Zebra shirt

I bought this when I was doing conservation work in South Africa. However, I bought it in the airport and was unable to try it on. Once trying it on at home I realized it was insanely too small for me. I am suspicious. This is a junior size or maybe it is just difference in sizing between countries. Comes from a smoke-free home.
