This lightweight, breezy bohemian style maxi dress by Hessi is in very good used condition. Size S. Adjustable spaghetti straps, shirred empire waist top, lace accents, with an open, flowy bottom. Pit to pit is 11.5” with a good bit of stretch. Shown in photos on a 34” bust mannequin (w/ 26” waist). Length from the top part of the shirred portion down is 43”. Dress is lined. 100% cotton. There is a separation in a section of the lace on backside. See last photo.
