Cutest sweetest dress. Sleeveless with shear ruffles around shoulder. It is hard to get great pictures of the ruffles (they blend into the dress). Chiffon shear leopard print with black lining for great coverage. There are ruffles around shoulders , ruffle around full midriff and one horizontal ruffle from waist to bottom of dress on left side.
