Women's XL - Black Winter Jacket

This winter jacket is still in great shape and only worn a handful of times. This was bought in Asia. The tag says "XXXL" but it runs small. I'd say it's more a large. Coat has a red, black, white plaid type of lining on the front zip area and around the hood. Inside is fully lined. I'm not sure exactly what the material is but seems to be waterproof. The length measurement is in the photo.
