Women's Wilt dress

Never been worn still has tags!!!This 100% cotton dress by wilt has a great squared hemline that is shorter in the front and longer in the back. When belted I like to pull the front up over the knee and the back still hangs to the low back of knee or longer. This great charcoal color goes with every color so it's great for layering when it's fall/winter or lightweight when you want to hit the beach
