EUC Lovely royal blue and black blouse that can be dressed up, worn with jeans or even as a cardigan. The smocked waist gives it a nice drape and provides easy movement. The floral pattern and cut make it easy to camouflage any areas that you might not love, while still looking stylish. It does run small. The XXL fits more like a large. The fabric is 100% polyester and machine washable. It’s approximately 22” from the shoulder seam to the bottom (but the elastic smocking has plenty of stretch). It’s approximately 19” across the back from shoulder to shoulder.
