Womens Vintage Blouse

This beautiful vintage white Blouse is in good condition. The ruffled collar is accented with delicate lace and three fabric coated buttons. The elastic at the wrists is not tight at all. There are no tags, so it could've possibly been handmade. Please see the measurements for sizing. Would fit a small and look beautiful under a jacket, Blazer, or vest. Pair it with jeans, trousers, or a skirt. There is a tiny pick on the front, which I have pointed out in the pictures. You can barely see it.
