Women's Vintage Black Leather Vest {Leather Rat} South Molton St England 12 m/l

Vintage fine leather vest from a well-known high-end leather goods store in the London Mayfair area called Leather Rat Classics. The store was also later known as Mayfair Rat. The leather quality is hard to describe other than it is exceptionally soft and buttery. There is really no visible grain, and it's very pliable and soft to wear. There are no signs of wear or color loss anywhere on the piece - it's a truly excellent condition vintage piece! It has an adjustable waist belt with a dark metal buckle at the back to cinch in the waist. Absolutely gorgeous piece! Could have been custom, as it has a maker's tag inside, and an order number. See pictures for measurements - it says size 12, but I think it's more of a medium size than large since it's vintage (trust the measurements pictured, please!) Pet-friendly, non-smoking home.
