abbyge @polockjo Hi! It hits at the hips. I can’t say for sure the down fill %, but I looked up a similar UGG coat on Nordstrom’s page and it said 90/10. I can assume it’s probably the same, but hate to say for sure bc I just don’t know. I know it’s super warm. 😊
