Womens Torrid Feel The Fit Crop Jeans Size 3

Womens Torrid feel the fit crop jeans. I wore these rolled up at bottom, I'm 5'4, Pictured both ways. Elastic waist with drawstring. Size 3 in Torrid , chart attached. I wore these as a size 18 and they where a loose fit. Chart states 22/24. These have been one of my favorite pants, they are super comfortable with stretch.
