donnapartain29 I just measured, it is 35 inches from the top of the shoulder to the hem. This is a beautiful dark navy blue quilted dress, I hate to get rid of it, but it's simply too tight for me 😔😔

shangrila5 Thanks. Now I'm worried about MY hips. I really want this dress. Can I please bother you to give me the widest measurement at the hip? Is the dress straight up-n-down, like a sheath, or does it get wider at the bottom like an A-line? Thanks, sorry to be a pain.

donnapartain29 @jalopy5 No problem at all, I want you to be happy with your purchase!! It measures about 18 & 1/2 inches right about the top of the pockets, and that's without stretching it out any and it does have stretch to it. It is definitely not a sheath dress, it flares out some as it goes down but not too noticeable. I had trouble with the tummy area being too tight!! I hope this helps, because I know you will love the dress!! If I keep looking at it I am afraid I will keep it, fit or not 😂😂
