Body/torso is lined. Waist is elasticized as well. Beautiful textured material with a nubby finish. Believe this is meant to be worn off the shoulder, so it has a lot of stretch, or leave it up. Definitely an option! This is lighter weight. Please see all photos! If you wear it off the shoulder, it will give you a little more coverage length wise.
