Women's Talbot's Embroidered Maxi Dress!

This is such a fun dress for summer that could easily transition into fall with a jean jacket. Navy blue and white stripes are complimented by a beautiful fuschia embroidery around the scoop neckline as well as fuschia tassels in a removable waist tie. It is a cotton/spandex blend with a small width elastic at the waist to allow for comfort. The belt is removable however such a fun part of the dress. There are side slits on each side, please see the following for measurements. I feel like this dress can be dressed up or down but I love it with a gold sandal! It is in excellent condition and has much more fun left in it! Length from shoulder to hem: 54 inches. Length of side slits on each side (see photo): 19 inches.
